Although this book doesn‘t really take place in Israel it highlights the tensions between Palestine and Israel.

This was really good and really heartbreaking at times too.

Finally decided on my book for #foodandlit #israel
And planning to make myself a big Israeli salad one of these days - it‘s my fave. We had a really good kosjer dairy Israeli restaurant that made the best food but it burned down and never reopened- I miss it so much!
