My #URC2023 is entirely queer romance so far, which I'm sure will please a certain someone. Cat Sebastian seems to balance queer historical romance well enough, and I think it helps that there's a mix of classes. Spellbound was alright - everything was a little too easy in it, though. Jordan L Hawk has really matured as an author. Unhallowed spoils the Widdershins series a little, but otherwise works on its own. Warning: tentacles, oh myyyyy. 🐙

@TheSpineView 1. And 2. I read pretty much exclusively on my phone, unless the book has elements that work better in print. I used to use my kindle but it was a pain to keep up with multiple cords and devices. It was also heavy and large. I just love the ability to access millions (billions?) of books within seconds and have them with me at all times. And It‘s so easy to toggle between ebook and audio that I can keep reading while in the car.

TheSpineView Thanks for playing! 2y

#firstlinefridays I‘m running a bit late but this is a great first line of Unseen, the second in this Widdershins spin-off series. First book is tagged.

I ran out of #tentacleporn but I did read this earlier this year and there are tentacles during sexy times. Now y‘all have three tentacly options for #LitsyAfterDark reading. Of the three, this one has the most actual plot/story. You don‘t have to have read the Whyborne & Griffin books but it does add to the story.
