From Wall Street Journal, USA Today Bestselling and RITA Award-winning Author Kennedy Ryan, comes a captivating second chance romance like only she can deliver... **QUEEN MOVE will have the special pre-order and release week price of $3.99. After that, the price will increase.** The boy who always felt like mine is now the man I can't have Dig a little and you'll find photos of me in the bathtub with Ezra Stern. Get your mind out of the gutter. We were six months old. Pry and one of us might confess we saved our first kiss for each other. The most clumsy, wet, sloppy . . . spectacular thirty seconds of my adolescence. Get into our business and you'll see two families, closer than blood, torn apart in an instant. Twenty years later, my "awkward duckling" best friend from childhood, the boy no one noticed, is a man no one can ignore. Finer. Fiercer. Smarter. Taken. Tell me it's wrong. Tell me the boy who always felt like mine is now the man I cant have. When we find each other again, everything stands in our way--secrets, lies, promises. But we didn't come this far to give up now. And I know just the move to make if I want to make him mine.

A soft pick for me only because I just don't love contemporary romance. The characters are great, the writing is great, the second chance after young love- great! But the stakes are just never there for me in contemporary.
Ryan tackles a lot here in terms of plot and emotion, and she ties it all together extremely well. Like, there's a lot here but it never feels like *discourse* if you know what I mean. A strong read, just not my particular thing

This is a great contemporary second chance romance. It is the third book of a series but can be read as a standalone. The two protagonists are wonderful characters, I love the communication and the conflict makes sense. 5⭐️

LeslieO Love your bingo board. How did you do this with PicCollage? Mine is a hot mess! 3y
Nessavamusic @LeslieO I googled custom bingo board, made it and screenshot it 😁 3y

Kimba and Ezra have known each other since infancy, but now they‘re all grown up and meet again. It was sexy and emotional- both are torn between wants, needs and expectations, their own and others. I am definitely going to go back and read the first two books in this series!
