This was an interesting one. I've been recommended a few more of his books too.
Dispenza recently held a seminar in Melbourne and a couple of my friends went to see him. They said it was an amazing experience. He had the whole room meditating during the seminar.
I've almost finished this one and looking forward to reading more soon.
He has a TV series as well, which I started watching a few years ago, before I knew who he was.
Recommended :)

I wish I'd taken notes. The content seems to have completely vanished from my mind. Maybe that's telling. To be fair, I should say that the first third of the book did grab my attention. It was during the second part that I lost interest and kept getting distracted. The third section of the book might be helpful for those looking for a step-by-step guide to daily meditation practice.

I wasn't sure about this one going in, but I've heard a lot about Joe Dispenza so I thought I'd give one of his books a try. I was worried the science would go over my head and be hard for me to grasp, especially through an audiobook where I couldn't take more time to look over the material, but he explains everything really well. I'm finding myself becoming more and more interested as it goes along!

What if we actually, truly believed this? How would life be different?

I‘m DNF‘ing this... but only because I have it as an audiobook, & it deserves to be read. I‘m an hour or so into it, and getting even more interested in it than I thought.
So I‘ll be getting a hard copy. I recommend you do, too.

I read this after reading “Becoming Supernatural”. It wasn‘t as mind blowing, but I‘ve noticed significant changes in my mental health and life since implementing the meditations. 🧘🏼‍♀️

I think one of the reasons I've been reading so much lately is because I'm not entirely happy with who I am and where I am in my life. This book, though... Not even halfway thru and I highly recommend.

"To be empowered—to be free, to be unlimited, to be creative, to be genius, to be divine—that is who you are…. Once you feel this way, memorize this feeling; remember this feeling. This is who you really are…"
