What would you do if your child went missing?...Meet retired cop, Sam PrichardSam Prichard was a cop, and a good one, until the bullets took out the joint of his right hip. Now he's trying to learn to live without being a cop, and getting to know his neighbors, learning to walk again and even ride a motorcycle. Life is bearable, barely, but then he gets asked to find a missing child, and the lure of getting back into some kind of police work is too much for him to resist. When he teams up with computer whiz Indiana Perkins, he suddenly becomes one of the best investigators he's ever even known. Now, he's found the missing child, but it's thrown him right into the middle of something that may be a drug war--or could be a chance to stop the next 911! There's no way out for Sam, so he's in for the ride of his life, but when the girl he's becoming fond of is suddenly drawn into the line of fire with her own little daughter, Sam is ready to forget all the rules and do whatever is necessary to win the day.See why people are calling it "the next Jack Reacher" yourself by scrolling up and downloading your copy today!

Pickpick

Audiobook
Story ⭐⭐⭐
Narrator ⭐⭐1/2
It's a pick. I won't be seeking out any more Sam Prichard novels, but the two I listened to were entertaining enough. Audible really gave away waaay too much in the sinopsis and that's a shame since the big "twist" wasn't much of a surprise at all.

eeclayton I hate those kinds of synopses. When I'm already interested in a book, I make sure I don't even look at the synopsis. 4y
Sace @eeclayton I definitely learned a lesson about reading a synopsis on audible! I don't think I've every seen one as spoilery as the one for this audiobook. 4y

Turns out I had another Sam Prichard book in my audible library. I have no idea why I listened to #9 before #1 🙄

As a detective mystery, this is one great art.

😂
Stuck at the nail shop with no book 😫so I downloaded this one. I absolutely have to have the actual book in my hand to read a story. This will be new. Wish me luck!
