pickA collection of Vonnegut's previously published short stories that were not included in Welcome to the Monkey House. Like most short story collections, the quality varies - a few were truly excellent, most good, and a few "meh". As a document of a writer in the process of finding himself, I would highly recommend it. It was cool to see so many of the elements of his later novels popping up here in fits and starts.

pickThis was my first experience with Vonnegut (that rascally "Middle Westerner") short stories. Some were amazing, some were just okay. Overall, I enjoyed the collection.
