#BFCr3 final check in. I can‘t believe it‘s over. I keep losing and gaining the same 6 pounds. But that‘s ok. I‘ve built some strength and stamina, I‘ve got a habit going, and I miss it if I miss more than a day or two. This is yesterday‘s sweaty selfie after my workout. Something I NEVER would have posted before. Oh this week I got 6/5 workouts in and read 7 books for a 36/40 total.

#bfcr3 Week 1 off to a decent start. I exercised (outside of work) 4 days and read 4 books. Stayed pretty positive (by staying off the scale) and occasionally made some good food choices. Heck I even ate a salad at lunch today and only half my calzone. 🤣🤣🤣 @wanderinglynn

CocoReads @Reecaspieces mine too, I have a whole mess of food issues, between not liking stuff or not being able to digest stuff to the fact that I actually don‘t like anything about the eating process other than the eating, that is. I just don‘t like to shop, plan, prep, or cook. 🤣🤣🤣 5y
