The Art of Sinning
The Art of Sinning | Sabrina Jeffries
5 posts | 13 read | 2 to read
The first novel in the Sinful Suitors series by New York Times bestselling author Sabrina Jeffries! At St. George’s Club, guardians conspire to keep their unattached sisters and wards out of the clutches of sinful suitors. Which works fine…except when the sinful suitors are members! American artist Jeremy Keane refuses to return home and take over his father’s business. He’d much rather sample bevvies of beauties abroad, in search of a model for the provocative masterpiece he’s driven to paint. When he meets Lady Yvette Barlow at a London wedding, he realizes she’s perfect for his work—and determines to capture the young heiress’s defiant spirit and breathtaking sensuality on canvas. No stranger to scandal, Yvette agrees to be Keane’s subject—in exchange for his help gaining entry to the city’s brothels he knows intimately, so she can track a missing woman and solve a family mystery. But when their practical partnership leads to lessons in the art of sinning, can they find a bold and lasting love?

Something about Christmas time makes me crave Regency Romance. 🎄This one was classic Regency and was enjoyable. 🎀

Congrats on your #milestone and thanks for the chance at a great #giveaway!
I am guilty of so many literary sins. 😮 Off the top of my head:
1. I never visit the library...ever. I just don't like it for some reason
2. When I get bored I buy ebooks (they are easier to hide 😂) no matter how many unread I already own
3. I almost never finish a series. I read to where I feel it should end and then stop
@MatchlessMarie #1Kgiveaway

Melissa_J I can‘t remember the last time I visited a library! I buy 99.9% of what I read, although on occasion I will borrow an e-book. I‘m not good with finishing series that last longer than three or four books. I lose interest too easily, especially when the wait times between books is loooong. 6y

FantasyChick I'm glad I'm not the only one @Melissa_J 😊 There has been one or two long series that I've read but I have to take really long (years) breaks between them. No matter how good they are, I get bored too lol 6y

Reading this because I really want to read the second in the series but can't bring myself to read a series out of order.
