Just returned from the cinema after seeing Mary Poppins Returns. I found it enchanting, touching and heartwarming and my 4 year old daughter loved it. Emily Blunt was brilliant and Lin-Manuel Miranda was, well, he can do No Wrong in my eyes! 😍 The original is one of my all-time favourite movies so it had a lot to live up to. I'm so relieved it did!

LaLecture Emily Blunt was the perfect choice for a new Mary Poppins 😍 and I just love Lin-Manuel Miranda. He‘s so cute in this movie 😍. I nearly cried at the end 😭. However I didn‘t like the music as much as the one from the first movie (maybe because I have the musical soundtrack in my head). The songs just didn‘t stick with me like the old ones. I think I‘m gonna watch it again 😬. So far I‘ve only seen the German dubbed version. 5y

Djspens I saw the original in the theater, as a child, with my favorite aunt. I loved that movie! I took my 3 year old grandson to the new one. Made me so happy to see it with him 💕 5y

Just watched Mary Poppins returns with my nieces. So lovely! I particularly liked the "A cover is not the book" song - super fun and a book lover's dream! ??
