My hotel‘s business center has shelves of books for reading/exchanging like a Little Free Library. Keeping books in my car for just this type of circumstance, I exchanged for these two.
pickIntense and fast-paced. Some of the scenes were a bit graphic for me and painful to hear but it was enjoyable. I didn‘t know until after starting it that there‘s a previous book in the series but it stands on its own. I do wonder what the first book is like and how it connects with this one.
After moving in last weekend, these two spots look like they‘ll be my favorite places in my new house. I can‘t wait for cozy winter mornings to read a book in front of my fireplace while drinking a hot cup of coffee. Almost at the end of ‘Deliver Us From Evil‘ and looking forward to my next one!
