This trip has been amazing!! My favorite country I've visited.

Caterina I love Jordan!! 😍 I visited for a little over a week while I was living in Palestine this past year, and it was such a joy! 5y
8little_paws @Caterina the people are incredible too!! They made a gorgeous country even more enjoyable than it already was 5y
Caterina Oh definitely! I am so happy whenever someone experiences Arab and Bedouin hospitality, it's not something we hear about enough! I hope someday you also get to visit Palestine, the people there are also amazing! 🙂 5y

8little_paws @Caterina awesome! Do you know, can Americans visit? I've never looked into it so have no idea. 5y
Caterina Yes! The trouble is that Israel controls entry to Palestine (the West Bank) because the Israeli military occupies it. But if you get a tourist visa to Israel you can go anywhere you want in Palestine, although if you mention to the Israeli officials and military that you plan on visiting the West Bank (Palestine) they'll make things harder for you. 5y
Riveted_Reader_Melissa That is gorgeous! 5y
8little_paws @Caterina yeah we were a little concerned about visiting Israel, that the security is really harsh, so we stuck to jordan and istanbul on this trip! But we want to return. 5y
Caterina Oh Istanbul is lovely too! 💕 When you do visit Israel, definitely go into Palestine too, though it's definitely a different kind of trip, because it's hard to see what the occupation is doing to Palestine. But the people are wonderful and you'll be totally safe if you don't go to Gaza! Israelis and Palestinians are both very kind to Americans. I like Palestine better mostly because Israel is very wealthy and Western, and Palestine is like Jordan! 5y
BarbaraBB Great picture. I one visited Jordan and then went on to Syria... That‘s unthinkable now 😢 5y
