My Friend Fear: Finding Magic in the Unknown | 
so-soA beautifully illustrated book, but the little motivational quotes that you can get anywhere see anywhere that you tell yourself every day but they don‘t always work. We can all “feel out of touch with ourselves ...feel lonely”. And what I got from this was that I just have to be honest about that & to make my daily life even just 10% better will take a lot more work than reading a book. But...pretty pictures. (This one creeps me out a bit 😬)
