bookishbitch I sat next to a young man once who was reading a thick book. He finished it right before we landed so I asked him about it. It was The way of kings. He really liked it he said. I love spotting readers in public and on planes. 1y

peaKnit I just chatted with a lady who was already seated while I was boarding, she was reading a Coleen Hoover, so I had to comment, my kids eye rolled. I soooo want to approach readers and I am typically a total introvert. 1y
CrowCAH @peaknit same, I want to approach them too, but then I‘m like I‘ll be interrupting them and refrain. They may think I‘m weird to ask after their book when we‘re strangers. 1y

peaKnit Let me know how is goes. One time my mechanic was reading when I popped in to pay for my oil change. I was so excited I blurted out “what are you reading??” He said “a book”…😂 1y
