I stumbled upon the 12 Monkeys TV series almost 3 years ago, watched it, and it quickly became one of my favorite shows. Shortly after discovering that, I found out that it is loosely based on the 1995 movie, which I still have yet to see. This book is so good. It is puzzling, confusing, mysterious, and disorienting, and is the perfect display of the contrast between memories and reality.

I enjoyed this movie.

@Timg138 adds another movie novelization to #mountTBR... and just when I hoped to get it under control... WHAM, 4 more books get thrown on!! It's one of my favorite films and I HATE time travel. Lol, it gives me a headache!

Nice film and this is a Brazilian edition of the book.

One of my favorite TV shows ends it‘s run today. And with Timeless in limbo I‘m going to have to turn to books for my Time Travel fix. One of my favorites of the year was The Gone World. Will now have to look for more #timettavel #12Monkeys

I haven't read this yet, but it's a movie novelization so I expect it won't be too different from the film. #12 #NovemberbytheNumbers
