What is wrong with me?! I have so many books TBR, to the point where it makes me feel anxious and yet I keep buying more books?!?!?!?! I might have to delete the eBay app off my phone! 🤦🏻‍♀️

SaraFair I have the same problem. I love being in the used book store and immediately know when something new and good is in there. Must have it before someone else gets it!! Selfishness or hoarding, I don't know which! 7y

This was hand sold to me by my local bookstore as something the clerk thought I would like based on my book choices. Boy was she right! This is book about just broken people who have been harmed by their parent's choices and are just trying to live even if it means ruining each other's lives. This is heartbreaking, but such great characters. Trigger warning-heavy bullying that is vicious and cutting. Good read.

One more #favsiblings. While not my favorite, they are becoming two characters I love as I read through this one- Layla and Verna. One was named when her parents were teens and the other named after they became born again Christians. One is good and one is bad.

Started this tonight. I picked it up in my local Indy bookstore because it was "hand sold" to me. The person has gotten to know me and my taste in books and said, "I think you'll dig this one, I did." Why I love Indy bookstores.
