Since today is my Friday, I think for my two days off I‘m going to do a self-imposed 24-in-48. I reallly want to finish the raven cycle before Dewey‘s 24hr readathon next weekend and it will be a great way to recharge and be antisocial after a tough week. Does anyone else host their own mini readathons when you want to cut down your tbr?
Redwritinghood I don‘t but have been thinking about it. I have a few short books and could probably knock out a few in one weekend. 7y
Traci1 I haven't ever done that but I'd like to. 7y
Read.Em.And.Eat @Traci1 join me! I love the 24 in 48 because I‘m a big fan of sleep lol 7y

JamieArc Since I‘m not able to do Dewey‘s readathon, I decided to do my own last month. It made me realize that I need to set up readathons for myself more often. 7y
Traci1 How do you do it? Just keep track of time and be sure to read 24 hours out of the 2 days? 7y
Read.Em.And.Eat @JamieArc since I came from a job where I didn‘t have to see the public to a retail location (where I get to talk about books all day, so that‘s a perk!) I‘ve found that I create more readathons for myself just so I can be antisocial for a day or two haha. 7y
JamieArc @Read.Em.And.Eat I‘m the same way, and I find that it recharges me so much! I need that day to have no obligations to the house or a person - just to books. 7y
Smrloomis Sounds like a great idea to me! I haven‘t done it either, but would if I could. 👍🏽 7y
Eggs Sounds lovely. Read on 😊😊 7y
