Collects X-Men: First Class (2007) #6-10. For millions of years, mankinds place on Earth was unchallenged until five young people paved the way for a new kind of human! While students at the Xavier School for Gifted Youngsters, Cyclops, Marvel Girl, Angel, Beast and Iceman taught the world what it meant to be X-Men. These are the hidden stories of the team that laid the foundation of a mutant dynasty! In this volume, the fledgling X-Men encounter shape-shifting Skrulls from outer space; the swamp-dwelling creature called the Man-Thing; Magneto's daugher, the Scarlet Witch; super-spy the Black Widow; and more!

X is for X-Men. In 1985, along with other authors, Stephen King helped write an issue of X-Men called Heroes for Hope. It was used to raise awareness, and money, for famine relief and recovery in Africa. Over the years, King has helped with many different organizations and causes to help make the world a better place because he isn't only an amazing writer, he's also a wonderful human being with a beautiful, giving soul.

Has anyone else started their love for reading with comics? The young me just couldn‘t get into books.....until I found the X-Men. My lovely wife Amber introduced me to Jane Eyre, Hamlet and other wonderful books I enjoy today.....and I hope she has found some joy in the X-Men. 🤓

It's comics today for Day 25 of the countdown to Dewey's Readathon. Don't judge, but I am a 58 year old woman who's loved the X-Men every since her teenage boys introduced her to them years ago. #30daysofreadathon.
