This was a great read and another trip down memory lane! If you love perfumes, creams, toiletries of any kind- everything is covered here. Nice little stories to accompany each product. Author has a nice way of writing and I have another shopping list.

TrishB @Melissa_J oh no ! I love perfume, they have just discontinued my fav perfume and I am distraught. Hubby‘s asking what he should buy for my birthday as he always buys me it! I‘m allergic to any sort of bath stuff! I would love to use those bath bombs but nope. 5y

Oryx @TrishB it arrived early! Glad you like it. White musk! My friends and I used to spend ages in the bodyshop sniffing everything, but not buying very much! I can't remember if I had actually ever had any white musk, but I loved the smell at the time. 5y

Bit of a different read this evening, this is a lot of fun. It looks at some iconic beauty products over the years. Brought back some nice memories of spending many a happy hour in Boots as a teen, saving my pennies for a Clinique Black Honey Almost lipstick, or "borrowing" some of mum's Chanel no 5 (I still do that...), or using my friend's Carmex that she got in America (when you couldn't get it in the UK it was special).

If you have someone in your life who loves all things beauty products get them this book. I only picked this up as something light to read. It brought back memories of things the women in my family used and use.
