I once had people leave me alone on a plane and I later realized it was because I was reading a book for a college class on genetics - that book's focus was about the horrible Nazi eugenics program and I didn't realize the book had a swastika on the cover which was visible to folks around me. Needless to say NOBODY talked to me!

So I have read this but based on the blurbs I bet Marty gets into some #awkward situations. #fallintobooks

Marty Pants is going to save the world from annihilation by aliens...and the alien bent on destroying the planet? His teacher, Mr. McPhee! Yikes! Really fun read. My son found many moments he wanted to share with me that made him laugh. The illustrations along with the writing kept speeding the book along. Great first summer book for both me and my third grader to share!
