There are two new boys at Middleton High: Norman, who is eight-feet-tall and looks like he was put together after an accident, and Zack, the impossibly handsome transfer from Europe, and soon the three witch sisters, Esme, Katy, and Ronnie, are in an all out competition for Zack's attention--but Esme is also drawn to Norman, and he is the only one who seems to notice that students who go off alone with Zack seem to suffer from amnesia, or disappear entirely.

Witches, Frankenstein‘s monster, vampires, this story had a lot of really cool things smashed into it (oh, can‘t forget the Japanese corpse-eating demon cat) but it didn‘t really grab me the way I had hoped it would with all these neat things inside of it.

Finished my second book of the #readathon and I really enjoyed this story of witches and vampires and even a Frankenstein monster character. Quite a fun and enjoyable YA read! Features my cuddle queen Calli #dogsoflitsy

Picked out my #readathon pile for Dewey‘s 24hours this weekend. I‘m sad to hear it‘ll be possibly the last one. I‘m hoping to help volunteer again so I may be a little busy and not reading the whole time. I have an audiobook picked out - From Twinkle, With Love and some ebooks I‘m finishing - Adaptation by Malinda Lo and Written in Blood by Anne Bishop.

I loved this book! Witches, hexes, vampires, murder, a teenager very much like Frankenstein's creation. It's like Monster High but more action and with total more drama and plenty of not so nice characters...and the whole death thing. Also, there's a demon cat and who doesn't love that?! I really hope to see a follow up or more from Ira Bloom!
