My vintage Alexandre Dumas set. I have most of the volumes (only missing a few). Picked these up years ago at a used book sale when you could fill a bag for around $5.00. #setinfrance #jubilantjuly

The gorgeous vintage Lucy Maud Montgomery books @LeahBergen posted made me want to share my Nelson books. From the early 1930s (Sand) and late 1930s for the Dumas. Nelson books published from 1910 to 1964. They were the forebearers of the paperbacks or Livre de poche with more quality. Both the binding and the paper are top grade. They are worth more if you have the book jacket in good condition but you can find them for under 10$. #vintagebooks

LeahBergen How wonderful!! ❤️ 7y
