Cinfhen Those look incredible ❤️ 7y
saresmoore @CocoReads No nutritional info is included with the recipes, but these are very high in protein and healthy fats, with low carb counts—no added sweetener & made with almond flour, golden flax meal, and a bit of coconut flour! 7y
CocoReads I'll check it out @saresmoore , thanks! 7y
saresmoore @MicheleinPhilly Any time! My dinner plan for this week is pretty good, too. I have so much TIME now! (*whispers* Quit your job... 😈) 7y
saresmoore @batsy @Cinfhen They were so tasty! Not your typical bagel, but rich texture and full of flavor. Topping of lox & capers w/ fresh dill & cucumbers next time! 7y
Cinfhen I'm literally salivating 😜 7y
MicheleinPhilly Evil woman. 7y
saresmoore @MicheleinPhilly I shall draw you into my coven of being broke and feeling relatively purposeless, but having plenty of time to cook. Muahahaha! 7y
LauraBeth Coven of being broke an feeling relatively purposeless... 😂 🤔 And that bagel looks delish 7y
ValerieAndBooks Bagel looks delicious!! Does your recipe require boiling them? 7y
batsy @saresmoore mmm lox and capers and dill 7y
Zelma Adding this book to my TBR! I never knew I needed paleo bagels in my life until now. 👍😄 7y
LeahBergen Those bagels look perfect! 😮 7y
saresmoore @Zelma You won't regret it! I enjoy her blog, too. http://elanaspantry.com 7y
saresmoore @ValerieAndBooks No boiling! They are completely non-traditional, made with almond & coconut flours, plus golden flax. It's as simple as mix and bake. 7y
saresmoore @LauraBeth @LeahBergen They are so easy, I shouldn't take any credit for them! But super yummy. Especially considering I haven't eaten a normal bagel in years. 😭 7y
Suet624 I can't believe you made bagels. 7y
saresmoore @Suet624 I've been watching The Great British Baking Show. 😬 7y
Suet624 You and everyone else. I think you'd need to tie me to a chair to watch it. 7y
saresmoore @Suet624 Hahaha! I've watched every episode several times. It's consistently calming and enjoyable for me—and I wouldn't even eat anything they bake! It's a weird obsession. 7y
BooksForEmpathy Ummmm this is inspiring. I have to up my food game now!! Yum. 7y
saresmoore @BooksForEmpathy Psh! Your food game is so strong! I'm pretty sure your influence on me has single-handedly caused a surge in Florida's arugula market. 😆 Also, next week I'm going to pickle some things! 7y
