The Day- Glo Brothers was written by Chris Barton and published in 2009. The brothers created different vibrant colors. They created ultraviolet colors and analyzed all of them. They were able to create some vibrant billboards that stood out to everyone and were glowing. They began helping others in the war, and dazzling crowds.
