Loved it. Breathed it. As the pages turned and the story got more in depth, I felt like I was there with Moth and Raynor on their dramatic landscape of Icelandic adventure! Recommend for sure, and I will read again.

Both The Salt Path and the follow of this The Wild Silence. Wow, what a life, full of uncertainty, health issues, homelessness and from all of the heartache and uncertainty came their greatest adventures of 🌎 📚😍

What a book! Loved the suspense, the atmosphere and all the back stories to each strange character in and out of the family circle. Brilliant ending, and lots of red herrings! Another marvellous read from Agatha!

It was such a mystery, as all Agatha Christie‘s are. I always believe I know the answer roughly half way through and that I can solve the crime and the murderer. But, as always there is always a twist it a complete offset and I can‘t ever guess! This is why I am enjoying the Agatha Christie‘s so much and would recommend. Easy fun reading!

Another amazing novel!

Favourite sentence of the book: “The creatures outside looked from pig to man, and from man to pig, and from pig to man again, but already it was impossible to say which was which” 🐷

Crooked House | Agatha Christie

I have enjoyed all of the Christie‘s I have read so far, however Crooked House has to be my favourite to date. The suspense, the thrill and the pain inflicted, and the turmoil of living within the house alongside a murderer was epic in this novel. Agatha, you‘ve done it again! #HighlyRecommended

What a mysterious plot with so many enjoyable and loveable characters for different reasons.

Robert for his loyalty, Nevil for his courage and kindness, Marion for being strong willed, and Betty Kane for being a true villain in her horrendously dangerous ways.

The discovery of all the lies, all the sorrow from the destruction of not only The Franchise as a building, but the attempted destruction towards Miss & Mrs Sharpe.

Marvellous, absolutely bloody marvellous! 🌟

Cannot believe these two amazing humans and what they fought for, what they went through, and lost….but what they gained in return of losing their family home, their belongings, and what they thought was life, was NOTHING compared to the amazing heartaches, triumphs, power of nature and adventure they embarked on, side by side through thick and thin, meeting all sorts of people along the way! 🌻

I found myself absolutely engrossed in this book from the beginning till the end! Very well written, and all the characters were loveable and relatable in their own way, rogues and criminals included.

Lots of snippets of humour added to the mix, along with being very compassionate, moving and meaningful story.

Joyce was the one for me to begin with, but then I fell deeply in love with Elizabeth. She was head strong and powerful in her age ❤️

Mehso-so

I wouldn‘t read this Fiction Novel again, however I loved how compelling this storyline was majority of the way through, although losing its touch somewhere just after the middle, it was still a read. Still a book for betterment, a book of race, poverty, love, hurt, abuse and budding friendships. It was a good first read of the author Zadie Smith and it made it to my book journal.

Only JUST started reading this, and was a little sceptical. However, so far it‘s an easy, fresh and modern read that has so far made me giggle silently to myself in the first 20 pages… will write a review once I‘ve finished. So far so good!

Recently enjoyed this little gem! Didn‘t realise how much I enjoy Agatha Christie. I‘ve read a few now and will continue to read. Love the twists and turns in the book, and love that it leaves you guessing until the very end who the murderer is. I won‘t tell! But it‘s a well written book! (Most Agatha Christie‘s are I know)
