Humans Wanted by Jody Nye

Harrow the Ninth | Tamsyn Muir
Pickpick

I finally found the time to finish Harrow the Ninth! I liked it just as much as Gideon the Ninth, even though I didn‘t finish it as fast. I got very invested in finding out what was happening, just like I did with Gideon. On to the third book! (Maybe - I have so many other things to read too!)

Humans Wanted | Jody Nye

I‘m about halfway through this anthology of short stories, and thus far I really like it - it‘s full of comfy, uplifting stories with lots of different ideas and interpretations of the “humans are badass” genre (which I love in general). Just a lot of fun, short sci-fi.

I‘m halfway through Harrow the Ninth and I don‘t have time to finish the whole thing in a day, and I‘m dying! I want to know what happened to her, how she forgot Gideon, how she got all these fake memories instead. I keep having to settle for thirty minutes here and there of reading. Lol!

This book took a little bit of time to hook me - then I finished the second half in a day. I did almost nothing but read. Worth it!
I‘m excited to read more from this world.

Witch King | Martha Wells
Pickpick

This was my favorite book that I‘ve read so far this year! One of a few books that I‘ve finished and immediately started rereading. I love Martha Wells‘ protagonists so much, and Kai is no exception.
