Translated from Swedish, Strega is a short, gothic novel that takes an unflinching look at the horrors of girlhood. Lyrical, dreamlike writing: This is a vibes over plot book with an ambiguous ending. If that‘s your bag, then this is a great fall read! 🍂🖤🍂

He has slept through most of his thirties, and now here is this person who seems to have come from another realm specifically to energize him, to destroy any feelings of spiritual, psychic, or sexual lethargy. He feels reborn in this dangerously new passion-first and passion-only life.

Just picked up this vintage paperback collection of short stories, Millennial Women. Includes a novella by Ursula K Le Guin.

Such a beautiful book, I had to pick a copy up for myself! Already 25% in and really enjoying it. T. Kingfisher writes characters that are so lovable and relatable!🐍🍏💚
Having little recollection of joy before this, think about what it means to let go of something what it means to begin again. I wish there were a proper template for joy. I can love the person who is here, loving me the best way he can. These days all we have is the rain and each other. Say yes, before it is too late.
