McEwan at his best in this twist on Hamlet. Thirty pages in and it's knocking me out!

Whether you've read Moby Dick before or you've always wanted to, listening to this brilliant audio with different actors reading each chapter is a must. It's a genius piece of literature and it's beyond enjoyable presented in this way.

I really enjoyed Ann Patchett's new novel. I loved the episodic nature of it. I connected with all of the characters. And I liked how she managed time. One of her best!

SeeJulieRead I think my favorite by her is State of Wonder, but this is super close to being my favorite! 8y
LynneGriffin I love State of Wonder too. This one is really well crafted and I love stories that follow a family through the years. 8y

Absolutely brilliant! The gorgeous writing, the stream of consciousness, and still a marvelous plot, The Sea is a must read! I will definitely reread too.

Light and smart, this novel about two couples campaigning for an election is refreshing as a backdrop against the divisive real life election.

Candid and beautifully written, Between Breaths: A story of anxiety and addiction is excellent. Elizabeth is so brave for sharing her story.

The point of view and novel structure of explaining a series of events to the protagonist's son can be confusing. Otherwise the writing and the story are quite compelling.

Love everything by Tawni O'Dell. This novel is fantastic so far!

OK, I finished it. O'Dell doesn't disappoint. Her novels, including this one, are sharply written and compelling right until the end. Highly recommend.

The author does a good job educating the layperson about the way the brain works. And the power we have to live an emotionally healthy life.

LynneGriffin Here's my update… This book is fantastic. The writing, the characters, the plot. I longed for Time to rewind, so that the terrible accident never happened. The author had me almost believing he could pull it off. Highly recommend. 8y
