Any thoughts to share on this book?

5feet.of.fury I read this one a few years ago and then did a reread at the beginning of the year. There‘s always a few things I come back to in this one that can be tied to any goal (as opposed to many similar in the genre that focus towards work or education). 1y
RaeLovesToRead I've been meaning to read this for so long! A friend told me it would really help me. 1y
RaeLovesToRead I've read the intro twice, but need to actually get it read! 😄 1y
Itchyfeetreader I hear so many non readers recommend this but I have not got to it yet 1y

The Mist | Stephen King

The Mist movie's ending proves to be far darker and arguably better than its original Stephen King novella, and the king of horror himself agrees.

🗣 💬 was the book better❔️Was the movie ending better than the book ending❔️Was the tv show better than the movie❔️

Laughed so hard listening to my kiddo's commentary during the movie 🤣

Angels Walking: A Novel | Karen Kingsbury

Bailedbailed

A series of small miracles leads Tyler to a maintenance job at a retirement home and a friendship with Virginia Hutcheson, an old woman with Alzheimer‘s who strangely might have the answers he so desperately seeks.
Many books are Hallmark movies. Baxter Family books developed the Hallmark Channel television series.
This was a BookClub pick & it was a Meh for me. A read for other just not for me

Bringin it on back from 1989 🤠 this was one of her 1st books & what a sweet one. When I read had no idea about the Author (usually do a lil research before investing) it was a neat discovery once I did.

Pickpick

Young Adult Fantasy is not normally a genre choice but this one did pull in & end up being a page turner & then a series purchase. A good one for the change up in pace and variety 🥶

TheHungryBookworms One of my favorite series😍😍 2y
Love_Books_a_Latte I was suprised it pulled in the way it did 😄 your reviews are so fantastic & you do so well giving insight i to the book 2y

Lets try this again w/the correct pixels. I am thirty-nine years old, tall, fit, and intelligent, with a relatively high status and above-average income as an associate professor. Logically; I should be attractive to a wide range of women. In the animal kingdom, I would succeed in reproducing. 🤣 & there you go, the idiocracy of the human brain sometimes w/ the way life will smack w/ suprises. This romantic comedy is charming & so familiar

CoffeeNBooks I enjoyed this book a lot! Welcome to Litsy 📚! 2y

It was a meh for me. Slow begining (understood that love lost due to life direction change is time consuming but did it need so many chapters to establish) a book of moral challenge for sure. The end was a "are you serious" LoL for some to have made it to the attention it did just was not an all star for me
