I think the main reason why I am just now reading this book is because I couldn't see myself enjoy a story about a little boy and his adventures at his school. Even though I'm only fourteen, I figured it was too juvenile for my taste. I was very wrong.
I honestly can say that I loved every page of this book. (Rest in comments)

Kaila.evick All of the characters just fit so well together, and it has the craziest creatures that just make everything better. I think my favorite part was when Harry meets Hagrid for the first time and Hagrid is telling Harry everything about Hogwarts. It's like you figure out everything the same time Harry does, and that's really neat. 7y
Kaila.evick Harry is honestly one of the sweetest book characters ever. He's so kind to everyone that deserves it, fearless, and very intelligent. What's not to love??
Now, if you'll please excuse me, I'm off to start "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets"

599 pages in four days. That's how long it took me to finish this. WOW! THIS BOOK WAS SO COOL!! The format of this is what makes it really stand out. Going into it, I wasn't quite sure what to think of it. I knew that there was a lot of hype around it, and a lot of the time I end up not liking books that have so much hype around them, but this was so stinkin' good!! Definitely planing on to continue with this series!

I liked this, but I didn't love it. I feel like it was trying to hard to be like a 60's or 80's classic at some parts. It's set in 1987-1988, so I can see why feel like this. I felt sort of an "The Outsiders" vide at some parts, but not in a good way. This book starts off with Dante, but Aristotle does most of the taking, and I really wish Dante talked a lot more. I did enjoy Aristotle a lot though. (Rest in comments)

Kaila.evick It's very interesting to see someone who is always so angry at everything, and not even know it. Also, I COULD NOT FIGURE OUT A PLOT TO THIS STORY! As the book goes on, you do sort of see a little plot, but mainly, there was no true connection between the things exposed. If I read a book, I expect to be able to see the plot. (edited) 7y

I have never been so disappointed in a book before. This just left me so conflicted! The characters were just awful and annoying. I don't even want to leave a full review because this was just completely awful.

I was required to read this book for school, so I was not excited at all about this. My expectations were kind of low, but I really really really enjoyed this book. The ability for Ray Bradbury to write a story in the 1950's and have it be so accurate of society today, is amazing

Let me start out with saying, this book was not terrible. I was just so confused the whole time. I ended up not finishing it because I couldn't keep up with everything. The storyline is very interesting, but I have trouble reading fantasy. Maybe I'll pick this book up again when school starts up :(

This book definitely lived up to all the hype that was around it! I adore the relationship between Cress and Throne! Definitely my favorite couple in this series! I love Cinder and Kai, but he gets annoying and arrogant/ignorant sometimes, and Scarlet and Wolf don't really do much for me.

Kaila.evick I also really enjoyed all the references to Rapunzel. Rapunzel is definitely one of my favorite fairy tale stories, so I was so freaking excited to read Cress! Glad to report that I wasn't disappointed at all!
I also cannot wait to see what happens next in Winter. Snow White is my all time favorite Disney princess and fairy tale, so I'm extremely intrigued to see what happens in the final book in this series.
