After I finished reading this book I felt kind of unsatisfied. So much happens in the story but I feel like nothing ever gets answered. I also felt like some portions were useless to the story. I'm not sure if it plays a more important role later on, but I was left with the feeling of "what was the point of that?" I did, however, really enjoy the vivid story telling.

A very unique dystopian society! I feel like the story is a little slow? The first book mainly introduced the main characters and teased the issue behind the dystopia. The book started off really strong and evoked a lot emotion but I did not feel the same way towards the end. I'm curious to see how things turn out so I'll prob read the sequel.

I picked up this book for a quick few chapters before bed and before you know it I READ THE WHOLE BOOK IN ONE SITTING. Great imagery and I cannot wait to get my hands on the next installment!

I loved the plot idea. The first few chapters really hooked me, however, I felt like the book almost lost me in the middle. The ending really picked up and I will give the sequel a shot. What I enjoyed most about this book was the character development!
