Leniverse I love Sayers' Lord Peter books! And Gaudy Night is my favourite. I've read it multiple times. But I recommend reading a few other books before Gaudy Night. Strong PoisonLeniverse The Nine Taylors is one of the two books she has on Boxall's 1001 list. (Gaudy Night should really be there too.) It's been a while since I read it, but I think you can probably read that one without having read any of the previous books. Although there might be references to previous cases which could be spoilers for those books. 6y

Leniverse Harriet isn't in Nine Taylors, so no need for that. It's better to get to know Peter pre-Harriet first. 😉 6y
