Chapter 3 is about red flags ~ this quote really hit home. 10 years ago next month, my relationship with my Mama exploded. There were bright red flags but I didn't have a healthy relationship with her and didn't know how to address my concerns. I now know that she had dementia but she and my dad had always kept secrets and were no different with this devastating disease. 😭
