No1 in my #toptenof2017 is The Marsh Kings Daughter by Karen Dionne.This book was fantastic, it‘s not just one of the best,cleverest & chilling thrillers of all time, it‘s also very much a homage to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.The author clearly loves it & describes it in such detail it feels like you‘re really there, she also gives such detail in the parts about hunting,fishing & survival tips that if I ever got lost in the woods,I‘d be ok.🐻

@RadicalReader left a comment asking about my #toptenof2017 so here we go.This is Bks2-10 in my top ten(reading left-right each row).I‘ve stayed with books that were published in 2017,though I was tempted to add a few earlier books.Half are Crime/Thrillers,1 magical realism, 1 fantasy, 1 SciFi, 1 YA & 1 very sweet graphic novel which is about the authors grandparents & the love they had. My top book of 2017 is next up.
