The Great God Om, while attempting to incarnate as a bull & do some infidel stomping, becomes stuck in the form of a tortoise. He discovers that in the nation of Omnia that worships & fears him, only one young novice actually BELIEVES. Together Om & his believer will examine faith, war, & philosophy & figure out their place in the (Disc)world.

This stands alone from the previous 12, going a bit darker & deeper.

Remembering my favourite author of all time today - the late Terry Pratchett, who died today two years ago. I always thought I would meet him in person someday, at a convention or something like this. Unfortunately he's gone now. But we still SPEAK HIS NAME!

Not having much time to read lately, so I've been off for a while. But had to watch BBC2's "Back in Black" yesterday. I cried so hard sometimes. DEATH gave us Terry back, even if it has been just for 50 minutes and in the person of Paul Kaye. We still speak his name! Who else watched it?

It is Sir Terry Pratchett's. If you haven't read him, you are missing out. If you have read him, you know why I have read this one many times! wordsofbek @Gezemice I was working in the shopping center when he toured many years ago. The bookstore kindly added my choices to his signing pile. I regret not taking the time to be there (stupid work!) However those signatures are some of my most prized possessions! 7y
