As I switch between TV, IG, and news apps ... all I keep thinking about is the tagged book. In Follett‘s book a cathedral burns, only to be rebuilt bigger and more beautifully. I hope that‘s what happens at Notre Dame. Paris cannot be without this amazing, iconic structure.

thebacklistbook Pillars is long but definitely worth it. And it is because I have read it that I know enough about architecture to say that notre dame will be just fine and will rise again hopefully with a less flammable roof this time. 5y
