Lost Children Archive | Valeria Luiselli

May was a little bit of a meh month of reading for me. The theme being one of books I expected to be great turning out to be a series of disappointments. The exception being the wonderful Lost Children Archive. As a result I am trying to stack June with as many sure things as possible!

StillLookingForCarmenSanDiego Still a good month! Hopefully you enjoy June's reading more though. 😊💖📚 6mo

Pickpick

I read 9 books in May (somehow failed to list Allegedly by Tiffany D Jackson); read 1272 pages - 2 eBooks, one hardcover, one paperback. The rest were audiobooks totaling 47 hours and 20 minutes. Four memoirs; one of those True Crime, two on alcoholism. One book for club, one for a Read-along. Romance, contemporary lit, YA fantasy... Two books written in 1995. All but one were new-to-me authors. All but one were female authors.

BkClubCare I traveled to Scotland in 2 books, Texas in 2, California Mississippi Georgia Massachusetts New York London Paris Hong Kong. My favorite was Eleanor Oliphant. 1y
