Cow is a character. He always seems to be living in the wrong season. This simple but fun book would be a great read for story time. Full of opportunities to ask kids questions about what is going on, what is wrong, and what is right. The illustrations are colorful and lively and work perfectly with the story.
I was looking for a fun or funny poem, but everything I came up with ran quite dark! So, instead, here‘s Buttercup. She‘s a cow, practicing mindfulness and appreciation for the world around her. It‘s very relaxing and quite lovely!
Today I‘m grateful for:

2. the sound of rain
3. Plants that are stubborn enough to survive in my care.

Spicy pretzels: drizzle olive oil on top of pretzels that are laid out on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle ranch mix over top -sprinkle garlic salt and a pinch of cayenne pepper -bake in oven at 200 for about 10 minutes flip the pretzels over another 10 minutes -cool -eat....and of course #TATORTOTS
