The writing was terrible. I had to keep rereading sentences because they just didn't make sense. Took hours just to get to page 18. #HailTheBail
On a positive note: I got a second bingo on my January #BookSpinBingo board 😁 @TheAromaofBooks

I #BlameItOnLitsy and Litsy did not fail me. ❤️ I was charmed by this sweet queer romance, which really captures the feeling of falling for someone because they're so passionate about what they love.
Finished this tonight. It was pretty good and I flew right through it. It‘s about Savannah who‘s struggling to care for her brother after her mom abandoned the family. The love story was ok but eh.
"Are you still grumpy?" "Yes," said Jim, "but I'll probably feel better soon enough, too. For now, I need to be grumpy." "It's a wonderful day to be grumpy," said Norman. Jim agreed.
This book is super cute and a great way for children to feel their emotions. The colors are vivid and captivating. By having so many animals the kids will be able to find one to connect with. I also like this story because it‘s subtle poetry that kids can follow along before moving onto the harder stuff.
This book is a book about emotions and it being okay to feel grumpy and all kinds of emotions. In the story Jim's friends try various ways to cheer him up, but Jim learns that it's okay to feel grumpy sometimes.

This book was adorable. They were parts that highly annoyed me, but the overall story is such a heart beaming, inclusive story that you just want to suck it up. The parts that make me mad was how coach did not stand up for her players even when they said “hey, there‘s a problem”. I didn‘t like how other people ignored problems, but when Ezra was so warm and welcoming, it was just amazing.
