This is book 1 in the Lucy Kendall series. Lucy worked in Child Protective Services but is now a Private Investigator. Her 13 year old sister went missing and killed her self in the aftermath. It is a psychological thriller and a real page-turner. An 8 year old is now missing and Lucy needs to find her.

Special Agent Nikki Hunt receives a call on Christmas Day. 17 year old missing teenager Kesha Williams has been found in a frozen lake. This is an unputdownable book that grabs you from the start and doesn't let up until the surprise ending. The story was well plotted and the characters were such that you liked each one. You should read this series in order but it can be read as a standalone.

Stacy Green‘s debut novel for Nikki Hunt series. One POV (Nikki). 2 plot lines (find serial killer & find out who really killed her parents 20 y ago). Fast-paced with lots of twists & turns. Keeps you guessing all the way. Characters were well-developed. Story is very engaging. Looking forward to the 2nd book in the series. Thanks to Bookouture & NetGalley for free copy. Recommended to mystery thriller lovers.
