Dr. Dispenza proposes that his meditations can activate genes that recondition the mind and body to greatness. A couple of caveats: 1) While he draws on scientific study, it can get a little woo-woo. 2) The meditations are explained but if you want to listen to them, the price isn‘t included with purchase of the book. That said, I think he‘s on to something but I also suspect it involves a lifetime of practice for most people.

DivineDiana I had never heard of Joe Dispenza… until last night! While dining out with friends, one couple talked about going to Denver to see him speak. And here he is again! 1y
rachelk @DivineDiana Oh wow! I‘d say that‘s a funny coincidence but Dr. Dispenza calls coincidence a breadcrumb from the divine… 1y
zezeki I have this book on my TBR for so long! 1y

Extremely interesting take on how the author thinks God would answer life's questions.

“What book do you wish you read for the first time again?” I‘ve seen this question posed in several literary groups I‘m in, and never really had an answer. Well, now I do. I‘m sure lots of you have answered the question, but I‘d love to read your answers again 🥰

I‘m a week away from being done with college and just removed all of my textbooks from the “reading” section on my profile. Woohoo! 🎉 To celebrate, I joined by first real book club reading one of my favorite books related to spirituality. I‘m so excited to delve deeper into the concepts in this book, with like-minded friends who have become my chosen family 🥰

Book 48 📚
I do plan on giving this one another go in the future but it was so “wordy” that I couldn‘t really get drawn into the information.
So far I really enjoy #everythingyouknowiswrong and I hope it will give me a jumping point for this book!🤞🏻

Some useful information in here, even though I was reminded of Dr Strange at times! 😂
