pickDr. Dispenza proposes that his meditations can activate genes that recondition the mind and body to greatness. A couple of caveats: 1) While he draws on scientific study, it can get a little woo-woo. 2) The meditations are explained but if you want to listen to them, the price isn‘t included with purchase of the book. That said, I think he‘s on to something but I also suspect it involves a lifetime of practice for most people.
