April was a very different reading month from March. I continued reading with various groups, including keeping up with the #BibleBuddyRead, completing 2 books for the #KindredSpiritsBuddyRead, another #PemberLittens read, our #LitsyBookClub pick, and 4 #1001books. The French novel L‘Assommoir by Zola ended up being my favorite because of its amazingly detailed description of everyday life in Paris.

March was a good reading month. I ended up going pretty much all in on the middle grade reading so that I didn‘t finish some other things in the plans. Although I‘m in the middle of some, I finished no books from the 1001 list and got behind on Ulysses, but I did mark 7 books off the owned TBR list.

Favorites this month were The War That Saved My Life & The Lions of Little Rock.

My #ReadingStats for January include 10 completed books and good progress on my long reads. My favorite turned out to be my first read of the year, the tagged A Year in the Country.

I finished my December reading with the tagged audiobook, and it was a great nonfiction choice. With it, I managed to include at least one nonfiction every month this year. I had an overall great reading month with 20 completed books, making it my best #BookSpinBingo this year. That includes 5 #1001books, several MG/YA choices for the #TRS2021 list, and a few Christmas audiobooks as well.

November was another good reading month with lots of middle grade and YA along with a few other books. I think my favorites were the tagged War Horse and Black Brother, Black Brother. I only fit in 2 from the 1001books list, but I‘m hoping for a few more before the end of the year. I also managed to get a bingo this month!

October was another good reading month - if I keep up this streak I‘ll complete my reading goals by the end of this month (🤞)! I‘m loving how #thestorygraph keeps adding new graphs/stats- the daily tracking is something I‘ve just recently started taking advantage of - time will tell if I keep up 😬
My only quibble with October is how little nonfiction I read - I def need to fix that! #nonfictionnovember 🤩#monthlystats #storygraph

elkeOriginal Love the graphs! I am working on my GR import now so I can dive into using StoryGraph! 5mo

I read more in October than I expected with a total of 14 books, and 6 of those are on the #1001books list. It was an interesting mix, but The Woman in White was a clear favorite.
