kspenmoll @Andrew65 He lives on the Kenai Peninsula. When I was there ( a whole summer; lucky me) it was wilderness. Only restaurant in a women‘s home; just dinner. Mom & Pop grocery, video store. Gas. His office, some homes, some other small businesses. He was a lawyer of all trades; filled in as Judge. Anchorage 3 hour drive when road not closed by snow. Otherwise small plane. 5y

Kimberlone I have this on my kindle and would love to join in but the daily read might be too speedy for me. I live in Alaska and have been looking forward to reading this since it came out to see how it lives up to my own experience 5y

I have learned with buddyreads to join in when I can & just tag people. There have been many times I was unavailable for discussion times, life, work etc. gets in the way! Imagine that (edited) 5y

Kimberlone @kspenmoll thanks! I will try to follow along but probably won‘t make the reading sections everyday. I‘ll peep in intermittently. Would be great to inject my perspective having grown up here my whole life. My dad came to AK in the 70s and my mom in the 80s 5y
