1. I‘ve read 46. Working on 15 more for #GARbingo this summer and fall.
2. There are a few more I could add to my bingo card, but the tagged book is the top of the list.
3. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I‘ll probably go in a few times and vote for several. Today I voted for One Hundred Years Of Solitude. I‘m also working on a blog post about why I hate when people want me to choose just one favorite book.

#GARthoughts @Traci1

Samplergal I want to add to my list as well. #GARBingo has been sitting quietly while I do a few other “first things first”. I have voted for To Kill a Mockingbird and Anne of Green Gables so far. 6y
ephemeralwaltz I'd love to read that blog post! I never understand how people think that's a valid question. I mean.... 6y

1. Approximately 44/100, some I read pretty long ago and/or want to reread soon, so I didn‘t count. I did count series even if I‘ve only read the first book.
2. I‘m finally watching it tonight and enjoying it! So far it‘s not adding any books to my list, but it‘s causing me to want to read some sooner rather than later.
3. I‘ve voted for The Lord of the Rings, but I plan to vote for more as well.

1. 31 books read
2. Yesss. I want to reread Where the Red Fern Grows and Charlotte‘s Web. And read Their Eyes Were Watching God.
3. So many, hp, 1984, the color purple, I was generous with my voting.
#garthoughts @Traci1

Traci1 Aw, Charlotte's Web is so great. Have you not read it before? 6y
KimM Totally cried when the kids were talking about Charlottes Web 😭 6y
WellReadCatLady @Traci1 I have but like 20 years ago as a kid, time to reread it! 6y

1. 32 originally + 2 more so far on #GARbingo = 34
2. Yes, several. The tagged book I have always been iffy on, plus a bunch of others. I kind of already want to do a second bingo card and include rereads.
3. I haven‘t yet, but I could vote for most of those I have read already.

Chrissyreadit I did not like Owen Meany - it was a rare DNF for me, but that was also around the time it came out, so maybe I will try again. 6y
Bookzombie @Chrissyreadit What made you not like it? I‘m going to give it try sometime because whoever talked about it on GAR made me interested. Lol. 6y
Chrissyreadit @Bookzombie honestly, I‘m not sure- but it was a favorite of a guy I was besties with at the time and I tried to start it and couldn‘t read it. I wonder if it‘s because a parent dies? I may try again though. 6y
Bookzombie @Chrissyreadit I understand. Sometimes that is hard to read about. ❤️ 6y

@Leftik and I were just talking about this today!! I‘ve decided to rope a colleague into helping me create a library display around GAR. Will be sure to share when it‘s up.

1. 30/100
2. Here were several that they made sound enticing. A few that stood out: Gone With The Wind, Americanah, and Dune.
3. Color Purple and Their Eyes Were Watching God

#GARthoughts @Traci1

sprainedbrain Americanah is excellent! 6y
Leftik Yay! 6y
Traci1 My library hasn't done anything yet for it. I hope they do. 6y
Chelleo @sprainedbrain I‘ve put a hold on the audiobook from my library! 6y

2. Yes. I thought I might be too old to appreciate The Catcher in the Rye, but the show made me want to read it.
3. Lots! I want to make sure 50 Shades doesn‘t win!
#GARthoughts @Traci1

sprainedbrain Catcher is still one of my favorite books! ❤️ 6y
Traci1 Lol I feel that way too, and not just about 50 Shades. There are 4 or 5 that I would just hate to see win. 6y
Lcsmcat @Traci1 Agreed! 50 Shades is just the most egregious. 6y
