pickDani‘s life is destroyed when the man she loves gets her arrested for murder & treason against the emperor. When she escapes from prison, she only has one thing on her mind: revenge.
This was so well done. Huge world building without being overwhelming. Had a few really unusual twists that I appreciated! I really liked Dani, even when I was yelling at her. A bit disappointed in the ending. Felt like parts were in the wrong order. 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑
I went on another Netgalley requesting spree. I saw too many books I wanted to read and I still keep looking on Netgalley every day for books to read even though I have a lot of ARCs to read right now. I need to stop requesting more ARCs to read until I catch up with what I have to read right now. If I don‘t stop requesting then I won‘t catch up and I don‘t want to be behind on ARCs.

4 - I decided to join the #whimsicalreadsbookclub. I didn‘t think I would want to join another book club after I quit my first book club in real life.
