Enjoying the cuddles with the puppy while catching up on some gentle reading. The thunder scares him but this book is also overdue to the library.

I‘m definitely not a self help reader but this didn‘t feel like that. It felt beautiful and relaxing. I‘m also not one to reread books but I will definitely be doing so with this. Highest praise coming from me.

Actually read quite a lot this month, even with work dominating my days. "Gentle" was my favorite read this month. I just find that a very timely read. I also added "The Will of the Many" as a wild card. That is not my type of genre normally, but I really got into it and will be reading the next in the series that comes our later this month. #ReadingBracket2025 @CSeydel

This week-long vacation is all about slowing down, resting, and being gentle with myself. What better way to do that then by reading this book and hanging out with my fur babies, Dresden and Raith.
