I liked the premise of pen pals having sent each other sarcastic hate mail for over 20 years.

Pan because the miscommunication was more deceitful than cute.

julesG @Susanita I think it spiraled into "raging" on paper about what's going on in life plus(!) each of them wanted to outsmart the other with insults and wanted to have the last word. So they kept on writing. The letters, though a bit disturbing out of context, didn't worry me, it was the wilfully withheld information that made me mad. 2mo

Cute. Unique concept, which can be hard to do in this genre. Their banter seemed authentic and genuine. Some definite awkward cringe moments, but worth it. I enjoyed both main characters who were flawed and interesting.
