@Mimi28 I couldn't find "tendonitis" in this book, but these are all related, even the 6-C vertebra that has a nerve running from it down to the thumb. These mantras oughtta complement your gradual healing.

geodynamical_nonfiction Inflammation, wherever it is in the body, can also be healed with inflammation-reducing foods like turmeric, apple cider vinegar, chia seeds, hemp seeds, walnuts, and tart cherry juice. Avoid coffee, alcohol, soda, cow's milk, and foods fried in vegetable oil. Drink only distilled water for a while to flush out the calcium deposits. 👍 7y
geodynamical_nonfiction @Mimi28 And lastly, here's a juice/smoothie recipe just for you: 2 cups H2O, 30 cherries, 1/2 cucumber, 1 small papaya, 1 pineapple stem, 1" pineapple slice, 1oz goji, 2 cilantro fronds, 1"ginger, 1tsp turmeric. Pineapple and beets on their own are great for blood circulation and flushing out bruises and toxins. ? 7y
