This start to a new YA fantasy series blends modern small-town Gracie, GA with a pantheon of gods in exile from an another world. Gem narrates this tale, struggling to find balance not only in their teen life in moving from Atlanta to a more rural community, but also in the startling revelation that their dreams may just be more than they seem. The cast size & eons of history get a bit chaotic at times but adults may not find this as approachable.
