A very unfortunate sequel that had so much repetition that I DNF‘d at 30%. That much of the book was of the heroine complaining about being too taken to a safe place - over & over again. The first book was fun but this was not it.

Couldn‘t find this in the Litsy database (it‘s book 3 in the trilogy), so tagging under book 2.
I skimmed through quite a bit of this, it seemed quite predictable. It was okay, but I wouldn‘t rush to recommend it to anyone. It seemed to be more about the spice than the world or character building.

Book two in the series. Storyline is quite predictable. It‘s genuinely about 50% smut. 😂
I‘m still going to read the next.

Finished both books in just a few days, with a full time job and a 5 year old. Quick, steamy reads!

This is book 2 of this series and I was so pulled into the storyline. I wasn‘t sure if I‘d like this when I picked up book 1 but I was so wrong and I now have a new favorite fantasy romance author to add to the list.
