I respect that Abi doesn‘t want pity because her story is heartbreaking. She lays it out straight, and the #audiobook narration is great.

Abi‘s husband is an actor with MS. A trial drug he took caused a life threatening reaction, and he was in a coma for several months. When he awoke, he believed she was an imposter.
